Bill has worked in the meat processing industry for most of his working life, and is a former president of BMMA. Now semi-retired, he is currently Chief Executive of the Food and Drink Training and Education Council and Chairman of the Institute of Meat.
Keith has worked within the meat industry for all of his working life and is a fourth generation butcher in his family. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers and works closely with the Company on various projects.

John is a third generation butcher with experience of some work on his fathers 30 acre farm from the age of 12 and gained experience as a slaughterman.
Jane has worked in the fresh food industry all her working life. She runs MEAT (Ipswich) ltd, a butchery training school based in Ipswich but which delivers training and apprenticeships throughout England.
