Jane has worked in the fresh food industry all her working life. She runs MEAT (Ipswich) ltd, a butchery training school based in Ipswich but which delivers training and apprenticeships throughout England.
Keith has worked within the meat industry for all of his working life and is a fourth generation butcher in his family. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers and works closely with the Company on various projects.
Richard Griffiths has been with the British Poultry Council for over fourteen years, first as Policy Director and latterly as Chief Executive.
