Here’s a chance for them to showcase their skills at this year’s

– Premier Young Butcher Competition –

Taking place at Foodex, in the NEC, Birmingham on Monday 16th April

Aimed at young aspiring butchers, the day-long competition will test the skills of the entrants in categories which include:
• Ready to Eat
• Stuffed Roast
• Seam Butchery
• BBQ
• Kitchen Ready
• Display

This is a fantastic opportunity for all young people within the industry. A number of which, that have competed in the past, have gone on to take part in the ‘European International Young Butchers’ Competition.
