THIS COMPETITION IS OPEN TO ALL BASIC AND FULL NCB MEMBERS.
Gold, Silver and Bronze certificates will be awarded on the day of the competition with the THREE TOP PRODUCTS IN EACH CATEGORY going forward to the CRAFT BUTCHER AWARDS in October 2020. There are 6 categories to enter covering a range of products.
- Judging at Harper Adams University, Shropshire on Thursday 10th September
- Presentation of Certificates and Trophies with a Celebration Lunch will be at The Butchers’ Hall, London on Tuesday 20th October 2020.
