Bill Jermey

Bill has worked in the meat processing industry for most of his working life, and is a former president of BMMA. Now semi-retired, he is currently Chief Executive of the Food and Drink Training and Education Council and Chairman of the Institute of Meat. Bill believes that professional managers throughout the meat industry deserve a professional body to ensure they are kept up to date and are well regarded by their peers.
