Jane has worked in the fresh food industry all her working life. She runs MEAT (Ipswich) ltd, a butchery training school based in Ipswich but which delivers training and apprenticeships throughout England. Jane is a qualified butcher, chef and pastry chef. She has worked in F E colleges as a lecturer before becoming a director of MEAT (Ipswich) Ltd.
